Arrival and departure (Check-in / Check-out)
Check-in begins at 15:00. Please be sure to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. On the day of arrival, we will provide you with the key box code information and all other necessary instructions for a smooth check-in. On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 12:00 at the latest.
Night silence (Quiet hours)
Quiet hours in our guesthouse start at midnight (00:00). We ask you to respect the rest of other guests.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including rooms, sauna, and the banquet hall).
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our guesthouse.

Please keep it clean! This is especially important for those renting the banquet hall and kitchen – we ask you to leave the premises in reasonable order after the event (dishes washed and trash collected).
Sauna and grill house
When renting the sauna house, the client heats the sauna themselves. Please throw on the heater ainult clean water (throwing any other liquids, including beer, onto the stove is strictly forbidden). When using the grill house, we ask guests to bring their own charcoal.
Compensation for damages
The guest is responsible for any material damage caused to the guesthouse property and undertakes to compensate for it.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
What does the accommodation price include?
The price of accommodation includes clean bed linen and towels (if you wish to have a large sauna towel, it can be rented for an additional fee of €5 each). In addition, guests can use the shared kitchen for free, provided that the banquet hall and kitchen have not been previously booked for a private event.
Is breakfast available on site?
We do not offer daily breakfast, but guests have the option to use the shared kitchen, where they can conveniently prepare meals of their choice.
How does payment work?
It is possible to pay on site in cash or by invoice. If you make a booking directly through our website, payment is made through the booking system.
What opportunities do you offer for an active holiday?
A beautiful jetty is located just 50 metres from the guesthouse. We rent comfortable Kasse 430 boats for fishing and cruising on Suurlaht.
Is firewood included when renting the sauna house?
Yes, firewood is provided by us and is included in the sauna house rental price. The guest heats the sauna themselves, and this takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Can the party hall and accommodation be rented as the entire complex?
Yes, the entire complex can be rented for €980 / day. It is an ideal solution for birthdays, reunions, and corporate events. The party hall comfortably accommodates up to 30 people, and the complex offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 10 people.
Where can I park the car?
There is plenty of space at Suurlahe Guesthouse – we offer free parking to all our guests.
Is there Wi-Fi in the guesthouse?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all our guests.
